Our app integrates with Large Language Model (LLM) services such as:

• Google Gemini
• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Mistral

When you choose to use features that connect to these services:

• You must provide your own API key for the service you wish to use
• Only the specific grocery item information you select is sent to generate responses to your queries
• No personal identification information is sent to these services
• Your API keys are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third parties
• We have no access to your API keys or any data you send to these services

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Since we do not collect any information from you, we do not use your information in any way. All functionality of the App is performed locally on your device.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

4.1 Local Storage

All your grocery data is stored locally on your device using Room database. We do not store your grocery data on our servers. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to use LLM features.

4.2 Data Transmission

The only time data leaves your device is when you explicitly choose to use LLM features. In this case, only the specific grocery information you select is sent to the third-party LLM service of your choice to generate responses to your queries. This transmission is encrypted in transit.

4.3 API Keys

Any API keys you enter for LLM services are stored securely on your device and are never shared with us or any third parties. We have no access to your API keys.

5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not collect, share, sell, trade, or rent any of your personal information or data. Since all your data is stored locally on your device, we have no data to share with anyone.

Your data is only shared with third-party LLM services when you explicitly choose to use those features, and only the specific information you select is shared.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

When you use LLM features, you are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the privacy policies of those services.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Since we don't collect any information, this is automatically satisfied.

8. YOUR DATA RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Since we don't collect any of your data, you have complete control over your information:

• You can view, update, or delete your grocery data directly within the App
• You can disable notifications at any time through the App settings or your device settings
• You can delete your API keys for LLM services at any time within the App
• You can uninstall the App at any time, which will remove all your data from your device

9. DATA RETENTION

Since all data is stored locally on your device, your data is retained until you uninstall the App or manually delete it. We do not retain copies of your data on our servers because we never collect it in the first place.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
